Today I picked up a pretty cool original press photo of Johnny Vander Meer (The Dutch Master) dated April, 1938. From the John Rogers photo archive (Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Tribune, Detroit News and Sport Magazine).
Two months before Vander Meer threw no-hitters in consecutive starts for the only time in ML history. I picked this up for less than $15- I'll take it!!
