Default Sterling Elliott's Signed Card Collection

Does anybody know who Sterling Elliott is, or how he got a museum in Stuart, Florida?

Apparently, "the Elliott," built in 1961 by Harmon Elliott as a tribute to his father Sterling Elliott, and on November 18, 1961, was given to the non-profit Historical Society of Martin County, which has operated it ever since. Most of the memorabilia comes from father Sterling himself. According to Wikipedia, Elliott once "held the world record for the greatest baseball card collection in existence." I've never heard of the guy.... have you? Am I just ignorant?

Anyway, the Elliott shows a signed T206 Johnny Evers as part of its collection. In fact, their website blog states that they have "baseball cards signed by the double-play combination Tinkers, Evers and Chance." Anybody ever seen these? Anybody got any opinions on the Evers below, or the Jennings? Or the collection as a whole? Looks like it purports to have a signed T206 of Miller Huggins.
