ok....my theory.....pre- printed fronts, for some reason,.....blank backs....might have been shipped to ny to be designated.....prob stamped each sheet as either fact "25" or "30".....then then back adds printed....
the card has to be cut/miscut just right to show the desig...
a multi print back showing this fact would disprove ....i havent seen one yet..
btw ...i have 3 or 4 fact 30, but no 25's, they are tuff!!!
i would like 2 c a fact 25 also!! i have seen a scan of one or 2 but thats it
