Up for sale today is an extremely scarce 1923-24 Billiken card picturing Negro League and Cuban League HOF'er, Jose Mendez. This card has been graded an SGC 10 by the strict graders at Sportscard Guaranty Company, the industry leader in third-party grading. Please review enlarged scans of the front and back of the card for condition details and please note that there is some paper loss on the front while the back is in excellent condition, especially for this issue.
