Yeap, I wasn't happy either. I am sure I will get an explanation something like...."we had a server crash" or "we did a back up at the wrong time" etc...etc... This is one of those things where you put the issue in perspective and continue to monitor the effectiveness of the hosting company that gets paid to stay up. As most can imagine it would be a pain to change so hopefully (knock on wood) these instances will be rarer than a Harris Collection card that is over-sized
