EBay contacted me and decided in my favor
. After a couple of stressful weeks I finally have closure and Ebay is refunding my money. Logic does prevail and I just wanted to let everyone know the system does work for the most part and I truly wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who sent me messages with advice and I really wanted to say THANK YOU to Ted who took time to speak to Ebay on my behalf.
