I collect quite a few strips of strip cards
. I would value it by the individual cards and then add a small premium for the complete strip...maybe 10%. That is just the way I do it. Neat strip card btw,.......
I should add that many times a strip of cards that weren't meant to be strips originally will have a higher premium associated with them. Obak strips come to mind as well as caramel strips and others.
