Awesome action photo
I picked out that action photo also! You rarely see that great of a photo from that era...even today! Just for fun I tried to ID the players and date of the photo. I'm not saying that I know I am right but going by the jerseys and numbers I got it down to this... Hank Wyse scoring a run, Hugh Poland catching. The date 10-1-44. Only because that was the only date Wyse scored a run in Boston. He wore #33 and Poland #14. Providing that he was actually safe...
