The boxes are handsome, solid and well made. SGC slabs, which comprise the majority of my graded cards, fit into the boxes but just barely. One would wish the boxes were just another 1/16th of an inch taller. I was able to shut the lid and snap the lock but I had to exert a little pressure to do so. PSA cards which are probably an 1/8 of an inch or so shorter would fit with room to spare. I was able to organize most of my slabbed sets in these four boxes in a way that was much more organized (and transportable) than the big Rubbermaid tub in which they they formerly resided. I would recommend A Box Factory unequivocally to anyone. They are a business that provides a good and useful product to the hobby and deserve to be supported.

that's funny -- I had my slabs in a rubbermaid tub too. and yes, Wendy has been amazingly helpful. eg, their website quoted me a shipping price that seemed exorbitantly high, so I e-mailed them and she wrote back with a new price quote reflecting a more accurate shipping. plus some of the boxes were out-of-stock, and she agreed to split the order (ie send what's available now) without doubling up my shipping charge.

the boxes do not have individual slots for the cards; they can slide within the column. so I wouldn't use the box in transportation without filling the column, but they'll stay upright and viewable once the column is ~60% full.
