Mine is graded a 1.5. Is is not as bright as David's, but it is downgraded due to pencil writing on the back.
In mostly faded pencil it says, "Best Fade Away Pitcher" neatly written in cursive between the top paragraph and the Cracker Jack company production info on the back.
I don't like writing on a card as much as the next guy, but I think it is kind of cool that someone back in 1914 wrote the name of the pitch that he is famous for. I like to think that whoever wrote on this card might have actually seen the infamous Fade Away in person.
