I looked at the "free" price guide, Butch, but didn't care to fill out the personal info they were asking for. And I don't care to subscribe to any of the others as this is a one-shot deal, and I don't want to incur that expense.

Can anyone give me a ballpark figure as to what the lot is basically worth, or what would be a good deal for the buyer?
I want to clean house, so I'm going to give the buyer a good deal. I just want to know what a good deal would be. Net54 is a great marketplace. I value being a member and would want to be more than fair to others as they have been more than fair to me.
