Many times it can be hard to verify the paper stock from a scan, but the stock color on your Ruth doesn't look right. If I were a betting man, I'd say that it has a better chance of being rejected by PSA or SGC than being authenticated. If you are looking to sell it for a price that is anywhere close to the value of a real Ruth RC, then you should send it in for grading to one of those two companies.

Rule of thumb... if you don't know whether a potentially valuable card is real or not and it hasn't already been graded, it's probably not authentic. Good luck, though.
