Hey Steve
I won it in the last REA and all I know is what they put for the description:

Offered here is an extremely rare premium and membership card related to Joe DiMaggio's "Boosters" sponsored by Varsity (possibly a sporting-goods company) in 1940. We have never before seen either of these unusual and very early Joe DiMaggio advertising items. 1) This rare premium (8 x 10 inches) features a black-and-white image of the “Yankee Clipper” in his classic swing-thru pose. The premium reads "Di Maggio Boosters - sponsored by Varsity" along the bottom border. The premium is in Vg-Ex condition from the front (very clean and attractive but with a little rippling from once being stored in an album). The reverse has paper remnants in three of the corners and in the center from scrapbook removal, and light glue residue. 2) Official "Joe DiMaggio Boosters" membership card (6.25 x 3.5 inches). The card features a space for the name of the club member to be written in (the name "Herbert Kline" is written in ink as intended). The card reads "Welcome and best wishes for the success of your entry in the big 1940 Baseball Contest." The entry number "No. 575" is at the top and "Sponsored by Varsity" is in the lower left corner. A ghost image of Yankee Stadium during a World Series game is in the background with a classic swing-thru pose of DiMaggio (same as the premium) on the right side. The card was obviously related to a contest open to members of the Varsity Boosters Club, and the submitted entry form (which no doubt had the same "575" number as the retained portion offered here) has been neatly cut away at the bottom to potentially win a prize, as intended; the card has a 2-1/2-inch tear and paper remnants on the back from scrapbook removal, otherwise Vg. These are two incredibly early and extremely rare card-related items featuring Hall of Famer Joe DiMaggio. Total 2 items (premium and membership card). Reserve $200. Estimate $400+.
