I still don't understand why _you_ would buy the card without having asked for a scan of the LOA (or at the VERY LEAST, the LOA number). I suggest submitting the card to BGS for encapsulation. Since you already have an LOA from, I'll assume, James Spence, you won't be required to pay for authentication once again. Just for the grading/authentication fee from BVG.
