Like most ebay sellers, he priced it out of the market. In the glory days of ebay (before the "Buy It Now" format), pennants would always sell. Now it seems that 90% of them are severely overpriced, and just sit in the Ebay Sellers' stores. These sellers apparently have absolutely no motivation to move their inventories.

I don't get why they bother, but I guess they would rather hold on to them forever than actually sell them at market value.
Perezfan - It seems that seller had a opening bid of $24.99 and BIN of $75.00. I don't think there was a reserve.
