It is possible folks overpaid thinking it was Ruth. That being said, it was always a bit generic to me, and I went with the ongoing opinion. Now, with it being somewhat "known" as Marquard, I actually like it better. Not sure about what it does to the value but obviously Ruth sells for more than Marquard. But, a generic stamp/card, almost never sells more than a known HOF'er, so it has that going for it now....best regards
