Default 1970 Topps

Not sure why that design was repeated but they also included Lou Piniella's rookie card..for the fourth time ( 1964, 1968, 1969 previously) And, Wally Wolf also shows up on a "rookie" card, 7 years after his first one in 1963, even though he never pitched in the majors until 1969.

Card 59 shows Ellsworth in a Cub uniform ( airbrushed cap) where he had not been in 3 years. Card 6 shows Grant Jackson pitching with a batting glove. Card 407 shows Watson looking for a fly ball with a catchers mitt. Dal Maxvill in 503 is fielding in a batting helmet. And, three of the 8 playoff cards show games other than described.

Not Topps best effort
