As suggested above, if you are content with a T206 signed by Marquard, you should be able to find one in an auction within 6 months or so. The price will vary depending on condition, like everything else.

Autographed cards issued between WWI and WWII are quite plentiful, as many of those players lived into the halcyon days of autograph shows of the 1980s and 90s.
