Default Help Identifying a Lou Gehrig "card"?

In my constant quest for oddball Lou Gehrig items, I took a chance on this one...

It is blank-backed, sepia-toned, and undated. The stock is not as thick as card-stock, but it also not a thin paper/magazine cutout. It's slightly thicker than standard photograph paper or posterboard (has about the same bend as 8-10 sheets of common printer paper). It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 5-1/8".

I bought it cheap, assuming it would be a modern item or a vintage cutout from a magazine, but now I don't think so, based on the stock and blank back. Also, it seems odd a modern item would mention his 1965 consecutive games streak instead of 2130, so it seems to be legitimately from 1937/1938.

Anyone have any clues on this?
