I don't believe Beckett has a service BCG. They have BVS for vintage cards, BGS for modern cards, and then BCCG which is their inferiormost service.

From what I understand, the BCCG was created to grade cards intended for those QVC / home shopping-like TV ads, and basically every card gets a 9 or 10 regardless of the actual condition. The image you posted looks doctored -- the C of BCG in the upper-left corner clips the left-most edge of the G, so I suspect it really is a BCCG. And the numer 10 seems to have a whiter background than the rest.
