I would remove the faded black ones, and keep the bold blue ones. But that's just my OCD talking (as I prefer uniformity on team balls).
It's fortunate that the best players all signed in the superior blue ink. I think it would look great with just the HOFers Kiner, Clemente and Traynor and stars Oliver, Groat and Kison on that ball. The other faded ink signatures diminish its appeal IMHO.
That's just my personal sentiment, and I am sure I'm in the vast minority on this
