No That card is not not a reprint.
Its very easy to see as a reprint, the seller has no clue what they are talking about. The card is a 1914 reprint. Jennings uniform should be the exact same color as the border and blend together with it. This one obviously had the border cropped and a new too white border added. worthless garbage.
