Rob, one of my Reds fan buddies pointed out to me that his Reds gave my Cardinals a one week head start at golf.
My Cardinals swept that 3 game series in Cincy, lost the fight, and then went into a tailspin. While the Reds, charged with winning the fight, continued to put on a hitting clinic everywhere they went. Those young Reds players were exciting to watch.
