I haven't used them in about a year, but I have had no problems. It used to be Naxcom.com. They hold your money for at least 10 days, or until you receive the card. If you don't receive it, you get your money back.
My problem with them was as a seller, I did not always receive notifications that my items sold. Also, if you're not a VIP seller, you have to charge a lot for shipping.
I would not think twice about buying from the site however.
