So one of two things happened here.
Either
a. The card was overgraded in a sbc holder.
Or
b. The card deserved the grade it got and this guy voluntarily gave up an
additional 20k.
Is there a c. That i'm missing here? And why is this guy acting so uppity like his kids were insulted?
