Here is a scan of the Grove card from the set. The cards have blank backs.
I do have a Campanella (#241). I do not have the others that you listed. Although I haven't priced the cards individually yet, the price would range from $2 to $5, depending on the player. Shipping would be $2. The price for Campanella would be $4 + shipping.
