Default Time Zone
Eastern Standard Time is one hour behind East Coast local time right now (EDT), so your auction, as you have written it, closes when the clock strikes 11:00 PM in New York. Just thought I'd let you know in case that's not what you meant...

It's confusing...the first time I wrote this, I had it backwards!!
