1. For display purposes, sheets in a binder work well...Toploaders with a sleeve are best if you are planning to ship them or isolate them from commons. For larger cards, you can buy vintage sleeves/plaques at a local card shop or online (eBay)

2. Yes, centering is a huge factor that impacts a card's value...Centering, corners, surface, edges are 4 main factors to impact a cards' grade.

3. In terms of fuzziness, assuming the card is authentic, yes, focus and photo clarity is very important to the overall eye appeal of the card.

4. In terms of grading, don't think it is necessary for your situation unless you personally want them slabbed; probably wouldn't help for resale value since you have mid to low grade stuff.
