These are chase cards to collecting a
set....Were they short printed? Heck yes, but I don't think any were touted from the mfg'er as 1 of 1. Also, I don't think this new card is being collected to finish a set. It is being collected purely for speculative reasons (by most) and there isn't anything at all wrong with that. It's just not the same kind of collecting we do.
