When I buy a card for it's back I want the back to be nice. There is a T205 Hindu in auction right now that has quite a few creases, and the front is so-so, but the back is fairly nice with no paper loss. Those are better buys for back collectors (shameless plug of course, but no link

) ... I love to collect backs so have some experience with them. That being said everyone has a different idea of what they enjoy......sometimes a little paper loss doesn't bother folks. It does me, if it affects writing or a picture. (unless it's a teeny tiny bit)
