The card on Ebay has been around the hobby before. It was sold in the Legendary Live Auction at the 2009 National, for $222,000 (including the buyers premium.)

Recently, (about a month or two ago), it was offered in a Mears auction. The high bid was around $160,000 - $165,000. It did not meet reserve and did not sell. We had a thread on it here on the board, at the time.

Mears actually disclosed the amount of work that had been done on it. Their auction showed that it made two trips to a paper restoration/conservation company. One was prior to the July Legendary auction. One was after.

Cards that have had this much work done are generally valued at far less than any of the examples you cited.

Edit to add - Here is the link to the recent thread on this card. The Mears auction doesn't show the before pictures, but they do show the work orders from the conservator. It had an incredible amount of work done.
