By a "warrant from REA", you are presumably referring to the civil disputes and judgment REA has against Mr. Nash. These are civil, not criminal matters, and there would not be any arrest warrant issued.

A civil arrest warrant was issued on behalf of REA auctions by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. Judge Yolanda Ciccone issued the arrest warrant. I am no lawyer I am just reading from the warrant. Maybe I can't read?
