The Tiger cards are really part of the same set. there is cropping differences in the Type 4 (R314C) and Type 5 (R314D) Tiger cards.

Are you sure the difference is in cropping? The one on the right looks like a photograph while the one on the left looks like a drawing or is airbrushed or whatever they called it back then.
