Obviously you aren't missing anything other than fact they have graded a 1/20th of a 1968 Bazooka box w/ a numeric grade.
On a related note...one of my big pet peeves is when they grade Rittenhouse (E285) cards that have had the top and bottom borders trimmed off w/ a numeric grade...
