I may be completely crazy, but...
I am of the opinion that there are actually 3 variations to this set.
The instructions version has what I call "hands up" and "hands down" variations.
While I expect that some of you will disagree with me on this "extra" variation, I'm confident that if any of you found a card where the back was printed both "right-side-up" and "up-side-down" you would call it a variation.
From my experience, I believe that the ratio of backs is approximately :
Hands Down - 60%
Hands Up - 30%
Blank - 10%
