I had similar experience that others have complained about - sent a cheap knock-off card instead of what I won/paid for - then wanted me to pay to send it back - it wasn't even worth the postage, then to stand in-line at the USPS to track it! eBay, wouldn't force his hand here (I assumed at the time it was because he was big seller), but they said they would reimburse me (I didn't even bother - that wasn't the point) Anyway, looks like he's been booted or left..?
