Pound for Pound, I would say these are the current prices for a run-of-the-mill Sl'er (minus Shag/Foster/ a few others) with a Piedmont or Old Mill back:

PSA 1 - $40-$50
PSA 2 - $60-$80
PSA 3 - $90-$120
PSA 4 - $160-$200
