Your question allows for huge permutations....a common PSA 2 is far different than a HOF PSA 4. In general, I've seen some Brown Hindus valued at less tha 2 times regular backs, and I've seen some Hall of Famers in PSA 3 or better go for almost 8-10 times regular. A little less than 2 years ago I sold a PSA 1.5 Hindu Walsh for $125, a decent price at the time, about 3 times the regular back value. And I recently bought a PSA 4 Hall of Famer for about 5 to 6 times book.... You really can't beat VCP for a price history, there are just too many variables to give a comprehensive answer to your question. The best I can say is that the premium shouldn't be too much, unless it is a highest graded of a HOF or a 1 of 1.
