That card may not be trimmed. It is a bit over-graded if that is paper removal on front (together with the stain). The card is slightly taller than a typical 1889 (which are already the tallest OJs with a normal cut) and a bit narrower, not uncommon. At the time the card was graded, I suspect SGC didn't have many inserts that would fit an extra tall 1889 with that width. I have some graded 1889 cards that float left to right as this one does.

I would like to see the card in person but good chance it isn't trimmed, just stained with some paper removal => SGC10-20.
