Frank these originally came in the frame/wrapper with a clear negative and a piece of developing paper? It looks like someone may have used the original negative on a different type of developing paper to produce the sepia color you have here, theoretically the negative could be used by someone with photographic know-how to produce these sepia images (they were probably following instruction #7 on back). Not sure what that means in terms of value (for me personally, I would want the original blue image developed on their cyanotype-like paper).
