I second that! Hunt's customer service is second to none. In addition to Cristina, Daisy, Allison and Jeremy are always very helpful. There is also usually someone available in person, which is important to me.

Also, this is the Card Forum- which is not the strongest faction for Hunts. I am positive they would be getting more favorable reviews over on the Memorabilia side. Yes- the website is cumbersome, but I have learned to navigate it wothout many issues.

You can create your own "watch list" by placing a lowball bid early on. That Lot then goes into your "My Account". You don't have to bid anymore, and can just watch the item if you like (that's just what I do... don't do this if you are afraid of winning something for a third of its value).

I personally love their Live Auction format, and the different bidding options they offer. This past auction, I won lots as a phone bidder as well as over the Internet. Anyone here who is smart enough to use ebay should be able to figure out how they want to bid with Hunts. It's not rocket science, as they are simply accomodating those who both can and cannot attend live.

I bet they will improve their site sometime soon... but there are so many other positives, I felt compelled to post in support of them.
