It's probably an uphill effort, but I think the timing might be better now, or at least after the conclusion of the pending investigations. The potential for success, I think, turns in part on how and by whom the proposal is presented to the auction houses and grading companies. Perhaps the simplest, first step would be informal contacts with the principals of the major companies to determine the extent of any interest. Mark
