Yes and no. I have contacted the FBI but my contact is not in the area they are doing this in. He also said that most likely, even if they scam more people up to the 6 figure range, it probably wouldn't make the queue for their involvement. Of course nothing is in cement and they can do what they want to. But initially this doesn't rise to the level to warrant their involvement. This is from the horse's mouth
