So I'm not much of a postcard collector so I thought I would ask the board. What does everyone think about these?

The one on the top has a postcard back that was not used but has some pencil marks on it, and the cobb picture has some tape marks on the back.
How much would something like this be worth? They sold for $480 plus buyers premium (I didnt buy them), is that fair? Also anyone have any idea where those pictures would have come from?
