Of course Leland's was aware of this thread. The heads of the auction houses review these threads 19 times a day. Leland's probably figured that if the buyer bought it and didn't complain then they made a score; if not and a request was made for a refund, I'm sure they'd give it. But why give back money when you can steal it instead?

PS: Is Leland going to be the keynote speaker at the next Net 54 dinner? Will he again pontificate about the good and bad in the industry? Will he include his fraud in his next speech? What a scumbag.
