To answer your question, no idea who made those. I agree with Barry, Dan, and our good Dentist, they look like they've been made within the last 30 years, to me.

I hear my own echoes... but I'll ask. Do you have a black light? If not, buy one on eBay, $8 to $12 usually. Then, illuminate those bad boys with uv light. Paper made shortly after World War II, and thereafter, is usually made with brighteners that fluoresce when illuminated with black light. These guys will probably glow. It is an easy way to discern many of the reprints of old stuff... One glowing card that you were about to buy will easily pay for the black light.
