Default m116

Rob,
I bought my first M116s about ten years ago-- three really nice commons from our own David Rudd for $25 each-- come to think of it, that does sound cheap now. I was hooked pretty much from that point, although my progress was never fast. One notable thing about M116s is how difficult it is to find large groups of them. I basically bought mine 1, 2, and 3 at a time.

I decided to go with pastel poses only. I have some blues but I'm not too worried about them-- when I find a good deal on ones I need, I do it. Same with alternate backs like the low-series "300" backs. I guess I'm a "pose guy" rather than a "variation guy"

I did know a few other people who were doing the whole set, but I think some of them have evaporated or given up in recent years. Bob M. and Scott B. are the only complete-set-owners I can think of right now.

Tim
