Default WTB: E94 HOFer in SGC 20-40 or PSA 2-3 range
Thanks to all. I am no longer looking.

One with nice centering, little to no paper loss and little to no staining. For a lower tier HOFer, I would like one in "my" higher range. If it is a big time HOFer (Cobb, Speaker) I'm looking for something on the lower end.
