You might be best served by obtaining a copy of the Old Judge book. Pose descriptions were modified from original Cartophilic Listing when necessary to ensure all horizontal format cards ended with "- horizontal format". The book also lists all catalogued teams for each pose. One omission I noticed while taking a quick glance at your list would be a second Ward pose (similar to Mattimore).
