Are you able to see these in person, and hold them? If so, get a real Colgans, someone here can sell you one, or at worst loan you one. Then you can compare in person. Also, take a black light with you. Illuminate the back of the card. If it fluoresces, then it is fake. A good, reliable test. Affordable hand held black lights are on eBay and elsewhere, $8 to $15, spot one fake and it's paid for itself.
If you don't get to see these cards in person and do these tests before purchase, then get a return policy hammered out up front.
